Injaaz Enterprise is led by Izam Nawi Ghazali, who has spent his career where business, technology and funding meet. Before founding Injaaz, he spent 13 years at TERAJU (Unit Peneraju Agenda Bumiputera), finding high-potential companies, getting them ready to scale and connecting them with the right agencies, funds and partners.

  • Associate Director, Programme Assurance & Management, TERAJU (2012–2025). Oversaw a portfolio of wealth creation and business growth programmes, monitored applications and disbursements under Dana Kemakmuran Bumiputera, and advised companies on expansion, mergers, equity and funding.
  • Head of TERAJU@Iskandar Malaysia (2012–2021). Led southern regional initiatives with Johor state and federal agencies, managed the Dana Mudahcara facilitation fund and brought promising companies into the TERAS programme.
  • Multimedia Development Corporation, MDeC (2007–2012). Worked in business intelligence and advisory, risk capital, and technopreneur and enterprise development, helping tech companies reach funding and grow.
  • Telecommunications and technology (1995–2007). Built and commercialised network and digital services at VADS, JARING, EDI Malaysia and Time Quantum Technology.
